Betaka Terms & Conditions — Know the Rules, Play It Safe

Betaka is an online betting and gaming platform serving users in Bangladesh. These Terms & Conditions constitute a legal agreement between Betaka and its users. It is your responsibility to read and fully understand these terms before using Betaka's website, mobile app, or any of its services.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the applicable laws and regulations of Bangladesh. Betaka is not obligated to provide services to residents of countries where online betting is prohibited by law.

To open an account with Betaka, the following conditions must be met:

• You must be at least 18 years of age.
• Each person may open only one account. Opening multiple accounts is strictly prohibited.
• All details provided at registration — name, date of birth, phone number, and email — must be accurate and genuine.
• Only one account may be registered per phone number or email address.
• Registering under another person's identity is strictly prohibited.

Betaka may request a national ID, passport, or other identity documents at any time for account verification purposes. Failure to provide the required documents within the specified timeframe may result in temporary account suspension.

The terms governing financial transactions on Betaka are detailed below. All transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).

Deposit Conditions:

• Minimum deposit amount is ৳500 BDT.
• The maximum daily deposit limit is determined by the user's account tier.
• Deposits can be made via Mobile Pay, Nagad, Rocket, and other approved payment methods.
• Deposits from third-party accounts are not accepted.

Withdrawal Conditions:

• Minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000 BDT.
• Withdrawals are typically completed within 3 minutes to 24 hours after verification.
• Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the original deposit.
• Withdrawals may be delayed if KYC verification has not been completed.
• Betaka reserves the right to suspend withdrawals and conduct an investigation in the event of suspicious transactions.

Please familiarise yourself with the following rules before placing bets on Betaka. All bets are governed by these Terms & Conditions.

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or changed.
• Pre-match bets close before the event begins. Live bets can be placed while the event is in progress.
• If a match is cancelled, the stake will be refunded. In the case of partial cancellations, Betaka's decision is final.
• Betaka reserves the right to void any bet if match fixing or irregular activity is suspected.
• Any bet placed on odds that were incorrectly displayed due to a system error will be considered void.
• If multiple bets are placed on the same outcome within a single event, Betaka may combine them and apply the maximum stake limit.

Betaka offers a range of bonuses and promotions. Each bonus has its own specific terms that must be read before claiming. General bonus conditions are outlined below:

• The welcome bonus is available to new registered members only, once per person.
• A Wagering requirement must be met before any bonus can be withdrawn. Betaka's welcome bonus carries a 15x wagering requirement.
• Bonus balance cannot be withdrawn directly. Funds only become withdrawable once the wagering requirement has been fulfilled.
• Bonus abuse — such as claiming bonuses across multiple accounts — will result in account suspension and forfeiture of any winnings.
• Betaka reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer.
• Bonus validity is typically 7 to 30 days. Any unused bonus will be automatically cancelled once it expires.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the Betaka platform. Violations will result in permanent account closure and possible forfeiture of balances:

• Creating multiple accounts or using someone else's account.
• Placing artificial bets or colluding to exploit the bonus system.
• Attempting to access the platform through hacking, viruses, or any other malicious software.
• Using automated bots or scripts to place bets.
• Depositing funds obtained through money laundering or illegal sources.
• Match fixing or placing bets using insider information.
• Threatening or harassing other users.

Betaka may suspend or permanently close an account without notice in the following circumstances:

• Any violation of these Terms & Conditions.
• Providing false or misleading information.
• Accounts that have been inactive for an extended period (over 12 months).
• Order from a court or regulatory authority.

Users may also request to close their account at any time. If a valid balance exists, the opportunity to withdraw funds will be provided before the account is closed.

In short: Betaka never sells user data to third parties. Your information is used solely to improve our services, verify your identity, and meet legal obligations.

Betaka believes betting is entertainment, not addiction. To support our users, we offer the following protective measures:

• Deposit Limit: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits.
• Self-Exclusion: Exclude yourself from the platform for a set period of time.
• Cooling-Off Period: Take a break for anywhere between 24 hours and 30 days.
• Reality Check: Receive periodic reminders of the time and money spent during your betting sessions.
